Needs of the Project
One of the greatest deficiencies of the Project is the lack of follow-up attention that it can provide to the children and adolescents once the year has “ended”. In other words, the children that received a diagnosis, the skill-set workshops and attention from the team of professionals for an entire year should continue to not work, or work less and study. This of course, is not realistic, and we see that it endangers the progress that was made by the children and adolescents; it does not give them consistent opportunities to finish high school and learn a trade, or receive some type of technical training.
